 You know how when you're stressed out you are supposed to take a deep breath, close your eyes and picture your "happy place"? Well, I have found that works to some extent, but if you want to find true peace and serenity, you need to go to that place pysically and reconnect with what it is that you've been lacking.  

Luckily, whenever I need a dose of nature, I am not too far away
